Good to know

Your questions, answered

Is getting married online really legal?

Yes. Your ceremony is performed by a U.S.-licensed officiant and your marriage is legally recorded through Utah County, Utah. You receive a real, government-issued U.S. marriage certificate with the same legal standing as any in-person wedding.

Where is our marriage valid?

In all 50 U.S. states and 100+ countries. It’s also accepted by USCIS for immigration purposes. A few countries don’t recognize online marriages domestically — if you’re outside the U.S., ask us and we’ll tell you straight.

How fast can we get married?

Standard ceremonies usually happen within a week. Need it sooner? Our Rush option can get you married within 24 hours. Your digital certificate arrives within about an hour of the ceremony.

What do we need to qualify?

Both partners must be 18 or older, each with a valid government-issued photo ID. No U.S. citizenship or residency is required.

Do we need witnesses?

Two witnesses are required. You can bring your own, or add our licensed legal witnesses at checkout — $25 for one, $50 for two.

Can we use this for a spouse visa or immigration?

Yes — your certificate is accepted by USCIS. We also offer a $50 attorney consultation and certified translations to support your case.

Your wedding day is one click away.
